One of the many benefits of Yoga is its therapeutic ability to aid in alleviating many of modern day ailments. When practiced regularly, specific Yoga poses can be applied to alleviate certain ailments and conditions with optimal success.

40. Waistline-to reduce and firm: Sun Salutations, Inverted Poses, Spinal Twists, Triangle Poses, Balancing exercises
