She is an architect with eco sensitive background with experience in the field for over 21 years. She completed her B. Arch from RV College of Engg in 2003. She is also an Urban Designer with Heritage inclination. She is wife to a fellow architect & urban planner, mother of 2 teenage boys. A passionate teacher to young architecture aspirants, she loves to work hands-on with numerous explorative modes, means and techniques of 3d models through recycled and waste material available just around your own live spaces. She has found absolute solace in interaction with people & clients of various nature and needs. Sarojini has always been very rooted to her city of Bengaluru ever since childhood days. She believes in reminiscing the life, lifestyle, tangibles and intangibles in her own ways through conversations, writings, and ofcourse her profession as an architect and urban designer. She is extremely environment conscious, trying to imbibe every data collected be it rainfall to seasonal variations even at student level, leaving no stone unturned, thereby translating all lines and designes into wholesome projects. 

Our Indian History has details and trails ranging all along both the north south & east west axes. Sarojini believes in stressing context-based study and design always with background of our heritage in forefront. These are some highlighting features of this 44 year old woman .

Architects strives to bring in a balanced approach towards both client needs and requirements aswellas design sensibilities. Be it in very small plots for residences of 20x40 sqft to large campuses ranging many acres. She makes sure to cater to client budget , client micro most needs for eg. traditions, belief systems, user friendly and affable design strategies. As an eco sensitive architect, she, by default believes in making each project a unique one to the best to the clients’ satisfaction, which is majorly achieved through active planning ie maximized use of environment friendly layouts and through material usage. Layouts also known as plans, speaks of carefully curated two dimensional spaces which are usually called rooms - like living room, bed room etc., whereas here , the nature of spaces gains further character. 

This is achieved by the close understanding of the spatial qualities , thereby detailing out even the ancillary attached spaces in the most interesting of intertwining she strives to achieve in design ie active and passive use of materials and design techniques ie by means of open space integration with indoors through introduction of semi covered interface zones wherever necessitates small ease spaces in smaller projects. This invariably creates surprise elements keeping the house /floor / project a wholesome one with fresh liveliness at all times of the day , noon and night. Further , she stresses on the use of all native locally available environment friendly materials , with economic viability always back of the mind. This invariably instills trust and confidence in the potential projects, thereby leading them to become magnificent in their own ways. 

She has designed projects of all natures – residences , farm houses , Yoga and Naturopathy campus, bus stands, showrooms to name a few. The firm was started by her fatherinlaw Late Shri. R S Hombali way back in 1977 and is partnered now by her husband Shri. Arunachal Hombali presently. Further to write , she maintains cordial relations from beginning until the projects completion and even years beyond , only proving that there are more references of new clients in future coming days.
