"INTRODUCING SWATI: FOUNDER OF FUTURISTICHR AND CREATOR OF MOMTALK_PROFESSIONAL"

Swati brings over 14 years of corporate experience in HR, specializing in recruitment and talent management. Five years ago, she embarked on a new journey by founding FuturisticHR (www.futuristichr.com), an executive search firm providing comprehensive recruitment services to corporates.

At the time of launching her business, Swati's baby was just six months old, which made her feel the need for a new direction. This inspired her to leave her position as Senior HR Manager at a software company and focus on both her new venture and her family. 

Motherhood has been an incredibly beautiful experience for Swati, as it is for many mothers. Spending time with her child inspired her to document his childhood through photos and videos, sparking a passion for video creation, content development, and photography. This passion led to the creation of her Instagram account. 
Recently, Swati launched Momtalk_Professional, a page dedicated to spreading positivity and inspiration. It features uplifting content on topics like health, career success, lifestyle, and parenting, as well as inspiring stories. So far, she has shared nine videos contributing to this mission, with many more to come.
