INGREDIENTS 
1) Roti or chapati
2) Sliced Tomato 
3) Sliced Cucumber 
4) Cheese 
5) Mayo 
6) Ketchup 
7) Paneer 
8) Sliced onion 

METHOD 
1) Firstly Saute the Paneer in the pan with soy sauce or sauces of choice 
2) After the paneer is done put it aside for sometime. Or additionally add the other vegetables of choice to saute 
3) Pick the roti or prepared tortilla (readymade or made ahead) and put a slit on it from one edge to the centre, you’ll get four quarters 4) Optionally u can keep it as whole and then rolled in a wrap to have a complete subway or restaurant feel. 
4) Put some ketchup and mayo on roti as the base 


5) On the bottom right quarter, put sliced tomato and onion.
6) On the top right quarter, put the sliced cucumber 
7) Now, besides the cucumber, put the sauteed paneer that you prepared. 
8) On the last quarter, put the cheese. 
9) Now start folding the roti quarter wise…. 
10) Now fold the first quarter we filled on the second one, then on the third one and then on the last one… The final look should be like a triangle. 

For variation one can add the base of personal choice like green chutney, garlic chutney or cheese spread and can also add the toppings of your own choice, if you eat egg you can add scrambled eggs on one side… You can also add different types of cheese to make it more cheesy one.
