Priyam Talpade Mandrekar is a passionate marketer, entrepreneur, and creative visionary who turned her dreams into reality with determination and belief. She is the Co-founder of FaVi Craze by Fashion Vista, an apparel printing brand operating in Mumbai and Pune, and the Founder of Branding with Priyam, a growing digital marketing agency.

An MBA in Marketing and a marketer by profession, Priyam began her corporate journey in 2018 as a Marketing Executive. Over the years, she worked across multiple levels—from junior execution roles to director-level strategic planning—closely collaborating with sales teams and leadership. This experience shaped her core belief: brands are not built overnight; they are built step by step, with consistency and clarity.

After pregnancy, Priyam chose to pause her corporate career to focus on her family. However, she never paused her ambitions. Creativity runs deep in her family, and alongside her brother, she took a bold leap into entrepreneurship. In 2023, she started freelancing in customized T-shirt designing and printing with a small reseller setup, big ideas, and relentless dedication.

What began as a modest initiative soon turned into a remarkable success story. Within a short span, FaVi Craze completed over 12,000 orders, proving that consistency creates credibility. In 2024, her efforts were recognized with the prestigious Maharashtra Udyog Award for Best Customized Apparel—an honor that validated her journey from vision to victory.

Growth followed belief. Priyam expanded operations by hiring a team, participating in exhibitions, collaborating with brands, and building a strong B2C-focused wholesale model. A second branch was launched in Pune, strengthening the brand’s footprint. Her products even reached celebrities—clear proof that humble beginnings can shine on big stages.

Parallel to her apparel venture, Priyam founded Branding with Priyam, her social media marketing agency. Through platforms like BNI, she built strong professional networks, gained valuable referrals, and helped businesses grow smoothly and sustainably. Today, her apparel venture has evolved into a thriving family business, with her sister-in-law, Sampada M. Kulkarni, joining as a Partner at the Pune branch, accelerating exponential growth.

Priyam attributes much of her strength to the unwavering support of both her families—the Mandrekar family (in-laws) and the Talpade family (parents)—who stood by her through every phase of her journey.

For Priyam, branding is not just about posts, campaigns, or designs. It is about transformation. It is about taking a business from ZERO to HERO—from unseen to unforgettable.
