Acne-prone skin is a pretty frustrating thing to deal with. You have to be very careful with it, and you also have to be diligent in taking care of it. Not only that—little dietary changes can lead to breakouts! So how can we help?

Well, I found a great way to take care of your skin: face wash! The best way to cleanse your face is by using a face gel. Furthermore, it's the only skincare product that you won't skip—no matter how busy your schedule is. (Do you remember the last time when you didn't wash your face?) It's simple—it's hassle-free and probably the most effective way to help reduce acne.

Now, you must be thinking of a very complex face gel recommendation that is not only expensive but loaded with so many ingredients. Nope, I am recommending something totally opposite. A mild and gentle cleanser is what you need and I will tell you why :

Acne-prone skin is often sensitive, hence you don’t want to irritate the skin too much. Using spot corrections, creams, serums and more are already enough that goes to your skin, hence your face wash should be mild. It should calm and clean the skin and here’s my top three recommendations (To add cherry on top, they are very affordable and effective)

1) Simple Refreshing Face Wash : It is gentle and non-irritating, so it's perfect for even sensitive skin. It cleanses your skin perfectly leaving behind a hydrated, soft and clean skin. The face wash also is 100% soap free, meaning there is no artificial color or perfume. A great face wash that also nourishes and replenishes your skin.Simple refreshing face wash works for all skin types. The formula is also dermatologist tested and approved.

2) Acnerex Face Wash : This is a pharmacy face wash recommended for anyone who has sensitive and acne skin. The face wash isn't available widely online, so I would suggest checking your local pharmacy to buy this. The face wash has a very soothing effect on your skin. It deeply cleans your skin and also repairs your skin barrier. Acnerex also fights against acne-causing bacteria, thus preventing future acne.

3) Cetaphil Gentle Cleanser : This facewash is widely recommended by everyone who has good skin. Cetaphil is a great product loaded with Glycerin , B3 and B12. The facewash hydrates the skin as it cleanse and also replenishes the skin’s moisture. The face wash is good for people having dry to normal skin texture. Sensitive skin people can also use this face wash without any worry

The face washes I have recommended above are all very good products. You can, however, do more intensive research to know which is the best for your skin and budget.

Last but very important : Patch Test Is Important!
