1. Traveling by Road: I traveled by road in my electric car and took the expressway all the way to Dehradun. It was quite a smooth drive. Distance of 359 kms. Thanks to the wonderful eateries along the way. Our bellies found happiness in Fun & Food Carnival food court, Khatauli, where there are multiple food options: South Indian, North Indian, Italian, Beverages, Ice-cream to fill your taste desires.

2. Traveling by Train: can also be a good option – the nearest railway station is : Rishikesh. From here one can take a taxi or pre-book a cab to Tehri Garwal which is 75 kms.

3. By Air: Nearest airport is Jolly Grant.
Managing Time:

Traveling by Bus will take 7-8 hours of time (some 1-2 breaks). In case you plan to travel from Delhi than the buses are available from New Delhi ISBT Kashmiri Gate bus stop.

While in case you wish to see the scenic places and also be flexible than traveling by your own vehicle is also a good idea.
