Her entrepreneurial journey with Soaps N More has also earned her multiple awards and recognitions.

At the same time, Ruutujja was building another venture — Stark Security Force. Beginning with security services for housing societies, the company expanded into bouncer bodyguard, gun-man, metal detector , walky talky, housekeeping providing all the service under one roof. And has bought a great opportunity to provide Bouncer at the biggest event of India for the cricket industry called IPL. 

Innovation has been at the heart of Stark Security Force. The company has developed its own app to address one of the most common concerns in the security industry — guards sleeping while on night duty. This technology-driven approach has helped bring greater accountability and monitoring to security services.

Stark Security Force has also earned a place in the Genius Books of Records for its unique women-centric business initiative.
