Make the perfect fluffy pancakes at home. No fancy ingredients required! Can be made easily and quickly
Have you craved something sweet but didn't know what to have? Well, eggless fluffy pancakes are the best thing to make. They are as good as you can get and can be made easily with available ingredients at home! So, what are we waiting for?
Cooking Time - 40 Minutes
Serves - 4 people
Ingredients
1 and 1/4 cup Maida
1 tablespoon Vanilla Essence (optional)
1 tbsp Baking Powder
1/2 tbsp Baking Soda
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 and 1/4 cup Lukewarm Milk
250-300 grams of butter(Household Amul butter is just fine)
Recipe
Step One- Preparing the batter. We will mix all the ingredients in a clean bowl and mix it well. Use a whisker and ensure that there isn’t a single lump. The key is to get a smooth batter. The consistency shouldn’t be too thick. If needed take some extra lukewarm milk and give a good whisk. I would recommend tasting the batter. If the batter isn't too sweet, add powdered sugar.
Step Two- Let's Cook this. On a griddle add two tablespoons of vegetable oil. Liddle the batter on the griddle, and make as big as pancakes you want. I would recommend making medium-sized. Let it cook. After a few minutes you will see tiny bubbles showing up, that's your queue to flip it. Cook till the pancakes achieve a slightly golden color. You might struggle in your first go at it but give it another try. It will come to you.
Step Three- Add the Topping. The best part is here. Take any topping or flavor you like. The pancakes go with everything. You can add chocolate, caramel or even maple syrup. Adding fruits is also a good option. I have tried pancakes with ice cream, and they taste delicious. So my only tip is to go wild and experiment with toppings!
I have always been a fan of English breakfast and during the pandemic my options got limited. I needed to learn how to make delicious and easy pancakes and I came across this recipe. It is fun and quick and satisfies all my cravings.
